Full-Stack Developer (Part-Time)

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with expertise in both React Native and Django. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining mobile applications and backend systems. UX/UI design experience is a significant plus, as we value user-centric design principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our mobile application using React Native
• Enhance and optimize our backend system built on Django
• Take ownership of new feature development, from concept to implementation
• Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and improve features
• Ensure the application’s performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Provide input on UX/UI design to create a seamless user experience
• Implement and adhere to best practices in coding, testing, and security
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a smooth user experience
• Continuously research and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience with React Native and Django
• Strong understanding of mobile app development and backend integration
• UX/UI design skills and an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Quick learner who can ramp up swiftly and adapt to new challenges

Salary Range and Benefits

• Salary Range: $35/hr

After 90 days of employment, employees are eligible for:

• Company-paid medical and dental benefits
• Company-matched 401(k), up to 6% of salary matched by STELLAR
• Paid time off (per year):
  • 12 vacation days
  • 9 bank holidays
  • 6 sick days
• $75 per month stipend towards phone bill coverage

After first year of employment, employees are eligible for:

• Annual incentive bonus, 3% of annual base salary
